We originally ordered the CHI on the above vendor, received it promptly flat irons and it also was flat irons as advertised. However, when it was first used, the CHI did not maintain temperature together with a defective switch was detected. After contacting AM Health & Beauty on a Sunday, they replied within a couple of hours and offered to refund or replace the tool. When we decided a better, they agreed to ship us a new one and enclose returning label and then we may not be forced to pay to flat irons send back the defective product! An issue that is almost unusual flat irons currently. I will be very astounded by the service of AM Health & Beauty Service and would recommend them like a preferred dealer!
